Please don't forget to bring the following mandatory documents and the balance payments on the day you meet us to pick up the keys for your unit:  

1). Tenant Liability Insurance ($1 Million Liability) - Here is what it looks like

2). Void Cheque (for pre-authorized payments)   

3). Photo ID (Passport or Canadian Drivers License)    

4). Balance amount for the first & last month rent - to be paid via bank draft/ certified cheque / Interac (Electronic Fund Transfer) or cash

The draft should be paid to - Zahra Properties
